1. A statement of vision declaring that through the local church young people need to be challenged to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and equiped to transform their world for Him.
2. An intentional commitment that links the local church and its youth workers to a wider community of fellow churches and youth workers across North America who are committed to giving their best to God and to their youth.
